America’s Return To Prosperity 2013

~ My Fellow Americans,
In these troubling times of great challenges and other struggles which lie ahead, we must remember that in order for Our hearts and minds to not be as troubled, that we rise up and come together with solutions for the problems that we are facing. So, as you all know I am planning to run for President in 2012 to do my part to bring about America’s return to prosperity. I am not running to get the job. I am running to do the job. The job I will do as as follows:
My plan for our nation is simplified in my website (www.devinnorris.com) focused on only the major issues of our day with solutions to solve these problems that we as a nation have been divided in our struggle with for far too long.
First thing is that we need jobs. We cannot have jobs for every single able American unless there is a fair and balanced tax structure in place. My new American Return To Prosperity Fair Tax Act, which I am author of will be as simple as executive orders to freeze all current taxes and those of current taxes that will be in the Federal system by 2013. Then while I begin the repeals process under the direction of The Constitution, I will bring to floor my fair and balanced flat tax that is based upon consumption and replace all current taxes as present day corrupt tax system is all taxes based upon income and wealth creation!
We need a fair tax that is based upon the sale of all goods consumed from within The United States, and consumer purchases from outside the United States from within the U.S. This will prevent out sourcing of jobs from America to over seas.
By ridding our Federal Government of all types of income, business, small business, capital gains, death tax, and so on and replace with one simple consumer tax on ONLY goods purchased either in the U.S or abroad from within the U.S will raise trillions of dollars in tax revenue. Not to mention the hundreds of billions of dollars in just one year alone being created in a huge economic stimulus infusion entirely created into the private sector.
This is the only way to go with fair and balanced consumer tax. Not taking more taxes based upon hard earned income and wealth creation from the private sector.
This bill of which I am author of will by its default passing repeal every single type of tax in the Federal Government period. Replacement is this new tax which is sure to create way more revenue. Farther, this bill will repeal the Fed Reserve and the IRS, and re-couple the dollar to the gold standard to bring about an end to inflation. Moreover, bringing down prices on all things related to the costs of living standards. The Gold Standard will once again be our balance to reverse inflation.
My bill will also put in place the standards of Our Federal Government living within it’s means with clause that we cannot spend more than we take in anymore. By ending all taxes on income and wealth creation, my bill will remove all areas of tax codes presently in place for tax returns standards as this is part of the problem. The Government runs a budget based upon what it takes in but then does not account for the money it has returned through tax returns on income taxes and credits causing them to run of out of money before they stop spending. This MUST change.
So, my new bill will end all tax returns and credits as the present system which only taxes income and wealth creation through the various taxes in place at the present and future of this administration. There is no need for return of taxes and credits once we’ve gone to the fair Consumer based tax on all purchases and goods sold within and bought from abroad within the U.S. — My plan is a costs saver and income saver as there will be no other type of tax in the Federal system accept this type of fair Consumption based making everyone in America pay!
The second thing we need is a balanced budget. Balancing the Federal Budget means cut backs. This is my Balanced Budget Amendment Act which I am also authoring. My Balanced Budget Act bill will wipe out almost over night with some of the very primitive programs and make way for the government to be cut down by about 95% of the size it would be by the time 2012 gets here.
Programs and primitive agencies that I plan on cutting off are Departments of Agriculture, Energy, Education, Social Services, Health & Human Services, Housing & Urban Development, and that’s just for starters.
I plan to cut out DEA, FBI, ATF, DNR, EPA, and many other agencies like this. The FBI, ATF, and things of this nature will be severed from the Federal Government and split up into smaller groups for the States to take on back to their control. I will also cut off all these Czars that Obama has created and will eventually create. The list of failed government programs and failed agencies is far too long to go on in this note. But, I have the list in my head as well as in documentation of what I will actually go forward and cut off. One thing is for sure. It’s a long list.
Now, my third bill which I author is to bring to pass a return to the private sector everything that the government has ever taken under its control. This includes the United States Postal Service, Public Schools, Public Transportation, Banks, and Insurance Companies. Need I mention General Motors and Chrysler?
Returning the Schools to the Private Sector will not mean that all funds are cut off. It just means that cost will go way down to less than 10% of its current cost to run schools by allowing for private sector and more local community partnership regulation will increase competition and create more jobs.
Doing this same thing with our Postal Services will also split them up into smaller private companies with different names for each smaller company will increase competition and again create jobs as well.
This is just a summary of what I plan to do as your next President. We need to work together solutions to solve these problems we’ve had for far too long. There will be sacrifices at first and this plans transitional phases over the first term I serve will be difficult at first. But, it will get better as each day passes. For this reason I plan to do things in this order to make things much easier than they are now by returning first as much money to the private sector as fast as possible. Create as much jobs as we can in the private sector as fast as possible.
There is still so much that I will end up having to as your next President. This is just a starters. More than anything else, the next President has to do what is best to get America back to work again. I do believe that I have the best formula to bring about that action. I have said in my previous radio addresses that I do not have any sort of political experience whatsoever. However, I believe that solving America’s problems does not require experience a the so called experts and my opponents say it does. I’d rather believe that solving America’s problems will require something greater than all of these. That is we need a President that will use common sense. I know my plan is common sense. Basic enough that even kids understand it. Really, kids all over the country have heard my radio show and understand what it is that I am trying to for Our Nation.
So, my fellow Americans, let us now come together and replace complacency with solutions. May we all stand strong and proud of Our truly great nation that she is. May we always and forevermore remain The United States Of America!
